The free version
Making a free video costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Try it free before you pay.
When something fails
If the lyrics cannot be timed or the export fails, try again for free.
If it still does not work, write to support@lyricsmove.com and we refund what you paid to the original payment method.
After you export
An exported video is a digital product. We do not refund it because you changed your mind, since you saw the full preview before paying.
If the file is clearly broken (it does not play, or the lyrics are missing), write to support@lyricsmove.com within 7 days and we fix it or refund it.
Monthly plan
Cancel any time from your account. The plan stops at the end of the month you paid for. We do not refund partial months, except when the service did not work for you as described above.
How long it takes
We answer within two working days. Refunds reach your card in a few days, depending on your bank.
